Here's a tempting opportunity to relive the "Days of '98 gold Rush Stampede."

You'll be escorted by an authentically-costumed prospector to a van, equipped with comfortable bucket seats and picture windows. The history of this legendary era comes alive as you explore the Klondike Gold rush National Historical Park District and see notorious soapy Smith's final resting place.

You'll then head out toward the Yukon Territories. After crossing the famous Moore Bridge, you'll pause for views of Pitchfork Falls, Dead Horse Trail, Bracket Wagon Trail and tormented Valley. Beautiful mountains and wind-sculpted trees surround the historic White Pass at the U.S./Canada border.

Ahead lies the stampede town of Carcross, where fortune seekers built their boats along the lake shores for the long trip down the mighty Yukon river. You'll even experience "gold fever" as you discover gold in the Yukon!

After lunch, you'll take a scenic route back to Skagway. You are welcome to keep the gold you prospected and your guide will even provide a gold Claim Deed.

Approximately 5 hours.
