Step aboard a seaplane and wing your way to one of Sydney's most exclusive water-view restaurants, on this day of sheer indulgence.

From our pier at Circular Quay, you'll proceed to the fashionable harborside suburb of Rose Bay, where your De Havilland Beaver Seaplane is ready for boarding.  Then in a shower of spray, you'll take to the skies above the city and northern beaches.

Your destination is the peaceful Hawkesbury River, an area of Prime importance during Sydney's early colonial history.  To his day, it remains one of Australia's most unspoiled and attractive waterways, largely due to the verdant bushland of the two National Parks which front it shores.

Your seaplane will land adjacent to the much-acclaimed Cottage Point Inn, where an elegant lunch accompanied by a glass of Australia's finest wine will be served on the restaurant's riverside verandah.

This sybaritic experience will conclude with a flight back to Sydney.  Your aircraft will sweep over Crystal Symphony before landing at Rose Bay, from where you'll be returned directly to the pier.

Approximately 4 hours (flight time is 1 hour).
